just cute

Second week on biggest loser and total weight loss so far is 3.56%! I’m working out 4 times a week….this is BIG for me. I HATE working out. like HAAAATE it. So the fact that I’ve even kept it up for 2 weeks is blowing my mind. But I still have to talk myself into it every night. Sort of like when your alarm goes off in the morning and you calculate how many sick days you have left then you come to your senses and get out of bed. I pull the same shenanigans every single night with working out. My big goal this week is to break out of the 160s. I’m 1.5 lbs away from that. Doable, right?

We spent the weekend at home except for a little trip to st arnold’s on Saturday. Delightful and just what we needed. I love lazy weekends at home.

Annie did a really funny thing on Sunday. I was folding her clothes and had folded a little blanket and put it on the couch. She saw it and picked up and laid it on the coffee table. She got a little toy duck and laid it on the blanket and then folded the blanket on top of it. Then she patted the duck and said “night night duck.  shhh”. It was soooo cute! Maternal instincts already… but what was really funny about this was her way of “patting” the duck looked more like she was spanking it. It was pretty forceful… So Anthony looked at me and was like “oh, so that is how you get Annie to take a nap.” Hahahahaha I don’t beat my child into taking naps, I swear!
